Installing Media Go:
1. Click here to download Media Go and save it in a place that is easy to find, such as your PC desktop.
2. When the download is complete, double-click the downloaded file. The installation wizard for Media Go displays. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
3. During installation, you may be prompted to install additional software components that are necessary to run Media Go. If prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the components.
Uninstalling Media Go:
Follow the appropriate instructions below to remove Media Go from your computer.
Windows XP users:
1. Click Start, then Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs. The Add or Remove Programs dialog displays.
2. In the Currently installed programs list, click Media Go, and then click Remove.
3. Click Yes to confirm the removal of the program.
Windows Vista and Windows 7 users:
1. Click Start and then Control Panel.
2. In the Programs area of the Control Panel, click Uninstall a program.
3. In the program list, click Media Go, and then click Uninstall.
4. Click Yes to confirm the removal of the program.
